- https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
- Students will click "Generate Code" to output a random 12 digit code that you will provide to the MPS support representative to allow access to your computer.
- You will then receive a popup confirming that the support representative is accessing your chromebook. Click share.
- The support representative will be able to remotely control your chromebook to provide assistance.
- You may stop screen sharing at any time by clicking the "Stop" button in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
